Will Attend make a difference?
Yes! the Attend Software System and ethos has positively impacted every school that uses it. How much is Attend?
Attend is one of the most cost-effective and comprehensive attendance solutions available. We strive to keep the system affordable while providing outstanding quality, service, and support. Pricing varies based on your school's phase, enrolment numbers, and the features you need. Contact us for a tailored proposal.
Does Attend integrate with our school MIS?
We currently support SIMS and Arbor, and due to user requests, we plan to add support for Bromcom in 2025. Please get in touch to express your interest and let us know which MIS your school uses, so we can keep you updated.
Will I be able to see my school's attendance in real-time?
Almost! We don't rely on third party integrator tools. We work directly with your school MIS through our data integrator tool and collect attendance information regularly throughout the day.
How many members of staff can use Attend, is there an additional cost per colleague?
We do not charge per user. Attendance is a whole school concern, so while your school may start with core users such as SLT members responsible for Attendance and the Attendance Team, school will soon expand to sharing information with Heads of Year, Pastoral Leads and Form Tutors.
Can Attend be accessed from home as well as school?
Yes! Attend can be securely accessed from any web browser, whether you're at school or at home.
How do staff log into Attend?
Staff can log into Attend using Single Sign-On (SSO) via your school's secure Microsoft or Google account. Traditional email and password login is also supported, with mandatory two-factor authentication (2FA) or one-time password (OTP) for enhanced security and peace of mind.
Do parents and carers need to register to read messages from Attend?
No, messages are securely delivered via email and/or text message, and all communications are tracked and logged in compliance with GDPR.
Does Attend comply with Data Protection and GDPR?

How do we move forward and start using Attend to improve our school's attendance?
We have a proven onboarding process to ensure a confident and successful launch of Attend. After familiarising yourself with our online training materials, you will meet with an Attend Partner through a series of Zoom or Teams sessions. These sessions will cover the big picture, strategy, configuration, and implementation. Throughout the year, you will continue to meet with your Attend Partner to review and refine your use of the system, ensuring you maximise its benefits.
